Shipping and returns
Every print is made to order, then shipped to one of 20 countries for CA$15 per order, or CA$25 express.

Made to order
Every print is made after you pay; there is no stock. The print lab prints it from the photograph of the painting, then ships it to the address you give at payment.
Prints are flat giclée reproductions of a photograph. The texture you see is in the image, not on the surface.
Rates and delivery times
Shipping is charged once per order, however many prints it holds. You choose the speed on the payment page.

Each print is made to order, then shipped.
[Owner to confirm] Express is charged but not yet passed to the print lab: every order currently reaches the lab as Standard (functions/api/webhook.js). Pass Express through, or switch it off in content/print-catalog.json.
Where prints ship
Prints ship to these 20 countries. If yours isn’t listed, the payment page can’t take an address there yet.

Tax and duties
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Tax is calculated by Stripe at payment, from your delivery address, and shown before you pay.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with its tracking number.
For a question about an order, write to us and include your order number (it starts with HB-). It’s in the subject of your confirmation email.
Damaged or misprinted prints

Returns
[Owner to choose one] The old site promised two different returns windows: 14 days (gallery.html:461) and 30 days (contact.html:479). Prints are made to order, so also say whether a print that arrives as ordered can be returned at all.
Originals
Originals are sold by enquiry. To ask about a painting, write to Jamal with its name.
