The terms for buying prints and for using the AI Studio on jamalabstracts.ca.

Orders and payment

  • Orders are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and paid through Stripe. Tax is calculated at payment.
  • You pay the prices shown in your cart. If a price changes before you pay, the cart shows the new price and asks you to check it before you continue.

Shipping, delivery times and countries

Prints

  • Prints are reproductions of photographs of the paintings, made to order after you pay.
  • Prints are flat giclée reproductions of a photograph. The texture you see is in the image, not on the surface.
  • Colour differs between screens and paper: colours are matched to the photograph, and paper and canvas print slightly differently.
  • Each size has a fixed shape, so the lab trims the image to fill it. The painting’s page states the trim before you order.

The AI Studio

  • Images from the AI Studio are AI-generated by a model trained on Jamal’s paintings and doodles. They are not Jamal originals, and they are labelled AI everywhere.
  • Don’t present an AI Studio image as Jamal’s work.
  • Images you hang on the Visitor Wall are public: the image, its title, your idea and the name you give. They may appear in an @JamalAbstracts Instagram story.
  • To have an image removed, email [email protected] with its link.
